Curator's Note

This design incorporates several recurring John Galliano signatures for Dior, including lace-up detailing, asymmetric ruffles and grommet-trimmed finishes. A variation of the dress was worn by Goldie Hawn to the Golden Globe Awards.

Description

  • Crafted in jersey with a double-layer semi-sheer chiffon skirt
  • Deep lace-up neckline, mirrored at the back 
  • Sheer silk chiffon ruffle trim 
  • Leather-look trim punctuated with metal grommets
  • Side fastening with Galliano-signature covered buttons
  • A variation of the design was worn by Goldie Hawn to the Golden Globe Awards

Labelled size FR 40. The fabric allows for some stretch (please refer to measurements for accurate fit)

Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat:
