From Chanel's AW 1998 runway under Karl Lagerfeld. The sheer net fabric patterned with tonal Chanel letter motifs, trimmed at neckline, armholes, waist, hips and hem with ribbon bearing the house name and double C logo, is Lagerfeld at his most overtly brand-conscious - the house identity woven literally into the dress.
