From Chanel's AW 1999 runway under Karl Lagerfeld, look 19. This suit comes from the personal wardrobe of Mary Quant, the British designer who popularised the miniskirt and was a leading figure in British fashion in the swinging sixties. Includes the original matching tweed pouch bag.

Description

  • Two-piece skirt suit in ivory tweed with multicolour flecks and looped yarn accents
  • Single breasted jacket with rounded neckline, tweed ruffle trim and acrylic CC logo buttons
  • Straight skirt with ruffled hem, falling at the knee
  • Includes matching pouch bag in the same tweed fabric
